THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY IS FOR CONSUMER ORDERS ONLY AND DOES NOT APPLY TO SALONS AND DISTRIBUTORS.
NATU Beauty will refund or exchange any product(s) within 30 days of purchase.
If for any reason you are not pleased with any of our NATU products ordered at www.natuhaircare.com, we will be happy to either exchange or refund your money. Shipping/Handling fees are non-refundable.
To make an exchange or return, simply call our Customer Service Representative at 847-615-2750 and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please write your RA number on our shipping/packing invoice that you received with your order and place the invoice in your return package. Please make sure all your information is included on the backside of the invoice. Completing these steps insures a quick and easy return or exchange.
We will notify you once we have received your return or exchange product(s). We expect to process your return or exchange within 5 business days. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from when you send us your returned item(s) in order for your account to be credited. If for some reason our return process is taking longer than anticipated, please contact us if we have not already notified you.
All exchanges will be sent via Standard Shipping Service and please allow for 5-7 additional days to receive your new product(s).
If, however, you receive any item from NATU Beauty that is damaged in transit, please call us immediately. Please tell us the order number found on the shipping/packing invoice, your email address and phone number so that we may resolve this issue quickly and a replacement order will be sent to you. We will gladly cover the shipping/handling fees for the product(s) that are damaged.
